Your report

How long does the report take to generate?

After payment, your full report takes about 3 minutes to build. Stay on the tab — it will appear automatically when it's ready. A confirmation email is also sent to you with a link to access your report if you need it later.

What if I closed my tab before my report finished loading?

No problem. Check your email — we sent you a link right after payment. Click it and your report will load from there. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@getcaspin.com.

What if I hit the back button or refreshed mid-assessment?

If you hadn't paid yet, just start over at getcaspin.com/assess — it only takes a few minutes. If you already paid, check your email for a link to your report — we sent it immediately after payment. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us at support@getcaspin.com and we'll sort it out.

Can I redo my assessment if I entered the wrong job title?

Email us at support@getcaspin.com and we'll help you get a corrected report.

What format is my report? Can I download it?

Your report lives in your browser. Use the Download PDF button at the top or bottom of your report page to save it to your device. We recommend doing this before closing your browser.

How current is the AI data used in my assessment?

Your report is generated in real time using Claude, Anthropic's AI model, assessed against AI tools and capabilities available today — not predictions or historical data. The date of your assessment is noted at the top of your report.

Having trouble completing your assessment?

Try using Google Chrome or Firefox. If you're on an older Mac, Safari may not be fully supported due to system compatibility requirements.

Your data

Is my data shared with my employer?

Never. Your task data and results are yours alone. We don't sell data, share it with employers, or use it to identify you. Anonymized and aggregated data may be used to improve peer benchmarks over time — but never in a way that could be traced back to you.

How is my exposure score calculated?

Your score reflects how much of your role — task by task — is currently within reach of AI tools. It's not a prediction of job loss. It's a snapshot of where automation capability meets your specific workload today. We use occupational data from O*NET, real-time classification via the Claude API, and your survey responses to personalize the result.

Is this specific to my industry and company size?

Yes — if you completed the survey, your results factor in your industry, company size, AI policy, and hours spent on each task. The more accurately you answered, the more relevant your report will be.

Are the tool recommendations affiliated or sponsored?

No. Tool recommendations are based solely on relevance to your role and tasks. Caspin has no affiliate relationships and receives no compensation from any tool or company mentioned in your report.

How much does the full report cost?

The full report is $19, one time. No subscription, no hidden fees.

What does my $19 include?

Your full report includes: a complete task-by-task breakdown scored for AI exposure, a personalized 90-day action plan, manager conversation scripts, tool recommendations with starter prompts, and a downloadable PDF.

Do you offer refunds?

If your report didn't generate correctly or you experienced a technical issue, email us at support@getcaspin.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right. We stand behind the product — if something went wrong on our end, we'll fix it.
