By using Caspin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of getcaspin.com.
What Caspin is
Caspin provides AI-powered job task assessments to help individuals understand how AI may affect their work. Our assessments are informational only. They are not career advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any employment outcome. Results reflect AI capabilities at the time of assessment and may change as technology evolves.
Payments and refunds
The full report is available for a one-time payment of $29. All payments are processed by Stripe. Because the report is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your report, contact us at support@getcaspin.com and we will make it right.
Your content
You retain ownership of the job title and task information you enter. By submitting this information, you grant Caspin a limited license to use it to generate your assessment and, in anonymized form, to improve our scoring model. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Caspin to submit false or misleading information, attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring model, resell or redistribute assessment results, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Caspin name, logo, product design, and scoring methodology are owned by Caspin. Assessment output generated for you is yours to use personally. You may not reproduce or commercialize Caspin's interface or methodology without written permission.
Disclaimers
Caspin is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be error-free or that assessment results will be accurate for your specific situation. AI capabilities change rapidly — scores generated today may differ from scores generated in six months. Use your judgment alongside our output.
Limitation of liability
Caspin's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Caspin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
